BUY BACK T&C's

  • NO ID NO SALE! 

 

  • Cash 4 U Flintshire will not require to sell your items back after the contract end date. 

 

  • Cash 4 U Flintshire will not be held responsible for ay theft or damage to item(s).

 

  • The risk of the item(s) is now vested in Cash 4 U Flintshire - Cash 4 U Flintshire is now the owner of this item(s).

 

  • This is no type of credit, loan or pawnbroking.

 

  • The buyback amount stated is the maximum amount you will pay, come back earlier and have it cheaper.

 

  • The item(s) you are trading as NOT stolen and you are the rightful owner.

RETURNS T&C's
 

Nothing in this returns policy will affect the statutory rights of any consumer.

  • Items can be exchanged or refunds up to 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. 

 

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will endeavour to give you a refund.

 

  • All items must be retuned in the same condition they left our store, this includes presentation boxes, certificates, manuals and all other documents. 

 

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been modified; to clarify this included resizing, engraving or changed that may differ from the original condition.

 

  • We will not refund any damaged items after they leave our store, please ensure all items are checked and you are happy with the condition before leaving our premises.

 

  • If you have any queries please do not hesitate to speak to a staff member.

SELLING AN ITEM TO CASH 4 U

  • Here at Cash 4 U we have a legal obligation to avoid inadvertently buying stolen or fraudulently obtained goods from our customers.

 

  • To help us avoid this we employ at store level a strict implementation of the CCUK ID Policy, which will be adhered to on every transaction. It consists of, but not in its entirety, the following:

  • All transactions may be covered by in-store CCTV.

 

  • Customers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

 

  • We will always take identification as per our ID policy and it will be entered onto and stored on our computer system.

 

  • Wherever applicable/practical, products will be checked for serial numbers, and if found will be recorded in our computer system along with a brief description of the goods.

 

  • All goods, where applicable, will be PAT tested.

 

  • All goods, where applicable, will be mechanically tested.

 

  • In all stores we strive to maintain a good working relationship with the local police and welcome their assistance in the operating of our business. 

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID

You will need 2 forms of Identification. Proof of Identity and Proof of Address.

ACCEPTED PROOF OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ID:

- Driving License

- Passport

ACCEPTED PROOF OF ADDRESS:

This MUST be dated within the last 3 months.

- Utility Bill

- Bank Statement
